Privacy & Security Policy

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the pages you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so it cannot be read over the internet.

MSR Course Polices

COURSE TRANSFER POLICY

Course Transfers: If you would like to transfer your course fees to a different course of the same module, you are able to do so without penalty prior to 30 days before the course start date.

  • If you would like to transfer to a different course less than 30 days before the course start date, a $100 transfer fee will apply.

  • If you would like to keep your study material and keep the course credit on file to use at a later date, you have 12 months from the purchase date to use that credit. After 12 months from the purchase date, the credit will be voided and course materials will need to be returned. There is no refund after 12 months from purchase date.

Price Changes: If you have a course credit on file and the price of that course has increased since you purchased it, you will be responsible for the difference in price in order to attend the course. If you cancel a course and keep it on hold when you are a student and want to use it after your student discount has expired (6 months after graduation), you will also be responsible for paying the difference in price in order to attend the course.

COURSE REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All Cancellations / Returns must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase to receive a full  refund.

  • All cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the course start date will be refunded, minus a $100 cancellation fee.

  • All participants who cancel a course and receive a refund must also return the study materials for that course. Due to the personalized nature of the study materials, all returns on study material will incur a $295 return fee.

  • All returns must be cleared through the BKAT Motion Specific Release Inc. office, and we must receive the materials, and inspect them before issuing a refund. A “BKAT MSR Returned Materials Declaration” must also be signed and returned verifying that the study materials have not been reproduced or distributed. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card or by the original form of payment only.

MSR Membership Policies

MSR MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Memberships may be renewed monthly, or in some cases annually.

  • Membership is charged to stored credit card (in member’s name) on an automatic monthly basis.

  • We regularly add and remove content from the membership site to improve your  learning experience.Membership benefits may change at any time, at the sole discretion of Motion Specific Release.

  • Motion Specific Release reserves the right to terminate membership privileges, without refund, for an account overdue by more than 10 days, or suspend/cancel a membership at  its sole discretion for inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with our policies, confidentiality agreements, or copyrights.

 

MSR MEMBERSHIP REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Membership cancellation requires a minimum of 72 hours advance notice via our online Cancellation process. Requests received less than 72 hours in advance will be processed as soon as possible, but without guarantee of matching your requested cancellation date or preventing a scheduled Month-to-Month membership billing.

  • Refunds of monthly or annual are not permitted if cancelling AFTER a monthly/annual charge has already been issued. Membership cancellation will take place for the subsequent month in such cases.

  • If you cancel after a monthly charge has already occurred, you retain access to  your paid membership until the next scheduled billing cycle.

  • For any conflict of opinion regarding cancellation dates, the client is required to provide a dated proof of confirmation of  cancellation request, along with proof of payment, via email.

  • MSR does not accept any responsibility for the management of your personal finances, or for any overdraft or NSF charges that may occur with your bank or credit cards.
